hmmm... is it wrong to be turned on by that IBM commercial?

Also great show. I'd be in favor of RNH just because there are other options in terms of picking a defenceman. Also very few dmen picked high stay with their draft club. The only one I can think of in recent history are Niedermeyer and Phillips. Others such as Jovanovski, Pronger, Johnson, Redden, etc. were all dealt before they even played an NHL game or very shortly into their career. It seems the expectations of being a top 5 pick in relation to the time it takes to establish yourself as a legitimate NHL defender just doesn't seem to mesh. I'd rather the Oilers push hard into the 5-10 area to take Dougie Hamilton.

I thought that Mile High guy was going to either faint or start hyperventilating.

Great broadcast. Armia's ice time is listed as 15:36 on the SM-Liiga website, but the game-by-game breakdown also lists him as having played an improbable 42:30 in one game. Removing this gives an average ice time of 15:02. Half of his 18 regular-season goals came on the PP, but very few of his assists came on the PP. In total, I think about 68% of his points came on even strength.

I love Saturdays. Pipeline. Nation Radio. The rest I can take it or leave it. You know what would make my Saturdays even better? I would love an Inside the Barons and the AHL show during the season.

RNH, Hall and Eberle. Home grown and Made in Canada.Don Cherry is going to have kittens on HNIC. Can't wait for the first time that Al Michaels calls a goal for that line. BTW. Eberle winning TSN play of the year was awesome. When the guy from CBC called that goal I remember him saying that it would take alot to beat that goal the rest of year. He was right. One of many to come for Jordan and company.

If being turned on by that commercial is wrong, I don't wanna be right.
