Want a way to work off that Stampede paunch while raising resources for a great cause? Five Hole For Food may be up your alley! Join in from 2 to 6pm at Eau Claire Market and play hockey for food!

Now in its fifth year, Five Hole For Food is a non-profit that criss-crosses this great land of ours raising money (and food donations) for local food banks by hosting a bevy of street hockey games. This year's stop in the Stampede City will benefit the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank.

All you need to help out is a stick, a food or money donation to the food bank, and some energy.

For more information on their cause, or to donate online if you can't make it today (hint-hint), check out their website.

Why all the cool and supportive events are going on when I'm nowhere close to Calgary right is so unfair... Only had to wait til next Friday :(

But for everyone going have a great time, it sounds like it'll be a great day!
