Justin Schultz is a +8 already with the Pens. I see so many fans on here ripping our players, and running them out of town. We here in Edmonton have the best, and the absolute worst fans in the NHL. No other team in the league has had their fan base run so many players out of town. I can’t wait to see what yak city light it up on his new team, and hear the crickets and see the tumble weeds on this site when he does. If Nail Yakupov had the same leash as Jordan Eberle has,he would have more confidence, and his play would reflect this. How many times has Eberle hit his own blueline, let up on his man,and watch them drive straight to the next and score? Yet I never see him on a line with mark Letestuu… Throw Ebs on a line with someone like that for a few years, and we’ll see how many goals he scores… Eberle has given up on his team so many times at this point in the season,in years past, and IMO that type of player is the first person you trade away. He offers a finishing touch, and that is it. He doesn’t play physical, doesn’t play defence, and gives up on his mates. He should be the one run out of town by fans. 25 goals on a last places team, doesn’t mean shite

Off topic and proud of it.. LOL!

One of the less talked about players in this coming Draft, who could easily be in the Top 35, if not for the team he played for this season..

I feel that Dmitri could possibly be a very dark horse in this Draft, as his stats are more indicative of a weaker Wolves team, this season.. If you watch the full video, you will see his hockey IQ is pretty high. Also note, that he was playing against men in the MHL last season.. and was one of their top prospects…

The Flames have 7 players currently on their active roster whom they drafted outside the 1st round. They have contributed 151 points so far this season.

The Oilers have 2 players currently on their active roster whom they selected outside the 1st round. They have contributed 14 points.

In fact, there are more players on the current Oilers roster that were drafted outside the 1st round by the Flames (Pardy, Brossoit, Cracknell) than were drafted outside the 1st round by the Oilers (Lander, Davidson).

If it weren’t for gravity, the Oilers couldn’t hit the ground with a draft pick.
