The Calgary Flames are in their bye week. While the Flames trek off to Mexico or Florida or warm climates – or in the cases of David Rittich, Mark Giordano and Matthew Tkachuk, St. Louis – the club’s prospects are plugging away.
Here’s a check in on how they’re doing.

In case you missed it:

Rather than have him linger on their fourth line, AIK sent Feuk down to their junior team to get some reps in. Playing on the first line for a junior team trying to avoid relegation, he had four assists in three wins. Not a bad start.

Pelletier continues to have quiet offensive nights – some of it might be him getting back into the swing of things post-concussion, some of it might be getting used to a new coach, some of it might just be Moncton’s a stacked team that doesn’t need to lean on him as much to succeed. Even with slower production lately he’s tied for 7th in the Q in scoring.
