Santa Claus is almost here! Or Father Christmas, for our European friends. As everyone celebrates their holidays remotely this year, Calgary’s various prospects are still playing in some pockets of the world.
Here’s a quick check-in on the prospective future Flames.

Boltmann didn’t play this week, as Lincoln’s game against Sioux City was postponed. He did officially commit to play at Notre Dame beginning in 2021-22, though. He was previously committed to Minnesota, but de-commited over the summer.

Feuk has played four games since being called back up to AIK’s pro team (from junior) to replace Oliver Wahlstrom. He’s been listed as the extra forward in all four games and has played 0:22, 0:00, 0:00 and 11:05 in each game.
The junior league isn’t even active right now, though, so this is better than the alternative.

Another quiet week for Mattson, playing as MSU’s fourth line centre. He’s had no points thus far in December.

Nodler is quietly having a really good season. He’s MSU’s first line centre and has won 58.6% of his draws. This week he had two primary assists, including setting up a late goal that tied things up and allowed the Spartans to win their game in overtime. (They tied their other game.)

Sveningsson played a ton of hockey and had a primary assist to show for it. He’s playing middle six minutes for MODO, but obviously not generating a ton of scoring when he’s on the ice.
