- Curtis McElhinny got his 2nd win against the Oilers, nearly coming away with a shutout.
- It really brings a smile to my face when Curtis Glencross scores against the Oil, love it.
- Did Jeff Deslauriers really play that good or did the Flames make him look so?
- Since 1987, the Flames are 11-5-3 at home on New Year’s Eve, including a 4-0-1 mark against the Oilers
