2016 NHL Skills Competition: Gaudreau, Giordano in Skills Challenge Relay, Shootout

Technically, the NHL All-Star activities are officially underway. Really, though, they don’t get started for the out of town fans – essentially, the rest of us – until the Skills Competition. (It used to be the drunk draft, but alas, the NHL decided the best part of the entire weekend was no longer the way to go.)
Mark Giordano and Johnny Gaudreau will both be there, representing the Western Conference, though they’ll only be participating in the skills challenge relay and the shootout: events that see a large contingent of All-Stars.
The Skills Competition gets underway at 5 p.m. tonight on CBC Sportsnet – consider this your watch-along post!
Here are the lineups for the entire skills competition. Our two Flames bolded for when they appear, for a grand total of four times.

There’s no Johnny Gaudreau this time around, sadly – and therefore, no chance for him to set his stick on fire. Or his entire being on fire. Or dress up like a cowboy with his little horsey hockey stick. Which is a shame, but honestly, Gaudreau was kind of boring in last year’s breakaway challenge – the NHL really should’ve let him set his stick on fire – so I kinda get it.
Still.
