Once again the Flames have a game scheduled against a team that is similar to them in terms of game structure, but find themselves severely behind off the jump in regard to star power. Tampa seemingly down and out against the streaking Edmonton Oilers and Steven Stamkos finds a way to get 4 goals. Throw in Kucherov and Point on top of that, and Vasilevskiy returning to form, and the Tampa Bay Lightning are still an extremely dangerous team.
Primary Bet – Andrew Mangiapane 1+ points (+125)
A $1 bet pays out $2.25 – Sharangovich as his linemate is the main draw here. Mangiapane continues to at least create and get offensive opportunities. Being around the current buzzsaw is always a positive effect.
Secondary Bet – Nikita Kucherov anytime goalscorer (-106)
A $1 bet pays out $1.95 – He’s one of the best of the best. Stamkos did it for them last game it’s his turn to shine. I don’t think the Flames will be able to stop the machine.
Tertiary Bet – Total power play goals over 1.5 (+120)
A $1 bet pays out $2.20 – Tampa has the third best power play % in the entire league so far this season. Calgary catching a stray one would only help as it’s pretty likely they’ll be able to find at least 1 up a man.
