Lance Bouma Leaves Game With Lower-Body Injury
By Ryan Pike
8 years agoAs of this writing, the Calgary Flames are in tough against the St. Louis Blues at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
But things may get worse for the local ice hockey club, as winger Lance Bouma left the game late in the second period with a lower-body injury and will not return tonight (per the team).
Media accounts of the injury vary a bit, but they all share the same basic theme: uh-oh.
We’ll have more updates as they become available.
UPDATE: Per head coach Bob Hartley, he’ll be re-evaluated tomorrow.
