The Anaheim Ducks are bad – in my opinion by their own design – and yet John Gibson stole the game in the last meeting between these two teams. I doubt that will happen twice. The Flames should be rested up and ready to absolutely take it to the Ducks and get their first four game win streak of the season. Anaheim got in really early this morning after playing last night too – another big reason as to why the Flames should win this.
Primary bet
Over 6.5 total goals & Elias Lindholm to get 1+ points for +125. A$1 bet pays out $2.25. I think the Flames offence is going to have the floodgates opened and this will be a significant game for their top guys. Last game the Flames had a clear top six in terms of who played for the Flames instead of more balanced minutes – if that continues the poor Ducks will likely struggle.
Secondary bet
Tyler Toffoli over 3.5 shots for -105. A $1 bet pays out $1.95. Same reasoning as I usually use – nobody shoots more than Toffoli so why bet against him? He’s their offensive leader this season and their big time goal scorer of 2022-23.
Tertiary bet
MacKenzie Weegar to get 1+ points at +100. A $1 bet pays out $2. He’s been playing lights out hockey down the stretch and is getting better as the season progresses. He’s coming off a big game and I think he’s simply got the right vibes.
