The Bruins have dominated defensively during their climb to the top of the NHL standings, surrendering just 1.27 goals per game over their past 11 outings, and have been dominant on the road, limiting opponents to just one goal on five occasions during a 5-1-0 run away from TD Garden.
Boston has also held the upper hand in recent dates with the Flames, posting wins in five of seven overall meetings since December 2015, capped by a 6-4 home victory as -155 favourites on January 3. The Bruins have also picked up the win in two of their last three visits to Calgary, and limited the Flames to two or fewer goals in five of their past seven meetings.
