Friends, the Calgary Flames are in the midst of their exhibition schedule. They have to declare their season-opening roster in about a week, and they begin their regular season on Oct. 1. That’s next Thursday.
But in the midst of all this hubbub, Flames general manager Craig Conroy took advantage of a recovery day for his hockey club on Monday and joined Dean (Boomer) Molberg and former NHL teammate Rhett Warrener on Barn Burner for a half-hour chat about.. a whole bunch of stuff. (Ryan Pinder was off on Monday.)
