Check out the Banff Charity Hotstove for Kidsport

The hockey season is over for the Calgary Flames and it’ll be September before there’s meaningful hockey around these parts. But you can be part of some meaningful hockey talk with proceeds benefiting local kids through the Banff Charity Hotstove on Tues., June 4.
So here’s the deal:
Sportsnet’s Eric Francis will host an intimate panel which features a trio of members of the Flames’ 2004 Stanley Cup Finalists: Mike Commodore, Robyn Regehr and Martin Gelinas.
Headlined by interactive interviews with entertaining sports personalities, the Hotstove includes lunch in the Van Horne Ballroom at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs, and features a number of great items that could be yours in the name of charity. Purchase of your ticket also gives you an opportunity to win a chance to meet the panel.
A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will go to Kidsport of Calgary and Bow Valley. In other words: take a sick day from work, head on into Banff, have lunch and listen to stories from some local hockey legends – all in the name of a great local charity.
Normally tickets are $90, but the organizers have put together a little deal for FlamesNation readers. If you enter “Hotstove15” at checkout, you get $15 off your ticket.
If this sounds up your alley, act quickly before all the tickets are gone.
