Hockey’s back!
The Calgary Flames have announced their roster and schedule for the first part of training camp, consisting of the organization’s youngest players. 26 players will be in camp for the next week.

We’ll have a breakdown of the try-out players later today, but they’re all holdovers from development camp and a good chunk of them are players that will be with the Stockton Heat on AHL contracts. Wave hello to Dillon Dube, who’s the only player in camp with NHL experience under his belt. As you can imagine, the hope is he’ll set the bar for the remainder of the prospects in camp.
The schedule
Fitness testing goes Thursday at Winsport, and the on-ice component begins on Friday. All sessions will be at Winsport.
The prospects will play games against the Oilers prospects on Saturday (in Red Deer) and Tuesday (in Calgary).
