As we wait for the 2022 NHL Draft, the Calgary Flames have announced their pre-season calendar for the 2022-23 season.
The Flames will play eight games – four at home and four on the road – against the Seattle Kraken, Vancouver Canucks, Winnipeg Jets and Edmonton Oilers.
Here’s the breakdown (all times Mountain):
- Sun., Sept. 25 at 5 p.m.: Calgary at Vancouver (split squad)
- Sun., Sept. 25 at 6 p.m.: Vancouver at Calgary (split squad)
- Tue., Sept. 27 at 8 p.m.: Calgary at Seattle
- Wed., Sept. 28 at 7 p.m.: Edmonton at Calgary
- Fri., Sept. 30 at 7 p.m.: Calgary at Edmonton
- Mon., Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.: Seattle at Calgary
- Wed., Oct. 5 at 6 p.m.: Calgary at Winnipeg
- Fri., Oct. 7 at 7 p.m.: Winnipeg at Calgary
The Flames will also be participating in the Young Stars Classic prospect tournament in Penticton from Sept. 16-19, featuring Vancouver, Winnipeg and Edmonton.
Tickets for pre-season games go on sale on Sept. 9.
