A mid-season ranking list of the top-50 NHL players released by TSN has no @Calgary Flames on it.
In their preseason ranking, the Flames had four players on the list.
MID-SEASON SUPREMACY: As @frank_seravalli explains, Connor McDavid’s sizzling first half of the season has only strengthened his grip on the title of the game’s best in the mid-season ranking of the Top 50 #NHL players.

@Mark Giordano, @Matthew Tkachuk, @Sean Monahan and @Johhny Gaudreau had all made it on the list.
It has been a tumultuous year for all four with Gaudreau being the biggest standout to struggle. Gaudreau has scored only 38 points in 50 games this year, so its no big surprise he dropped from the list.
After all, there was big expectations for the winger who scored 36 goals and 63 assists in 82 games last season.
All in all the only other Flames player who could have played himself on the list may have been @Matthew Tkachuk, who has scored 15 goals and 23 assists.
