The first pre-season instalment of the Battle of Alberta is scheduled for Friday night in Calgary. To tee up the big (exhibition) game, FlamesNation managing editor Ryan Pike joined the Lowdown with Lowetide on Sports 1440 on Friday afternoon.
Among the topics discussed were Chris Snow’s heroic battle with ALS, the Flames’ goaltending situation, a few players that have stood out in pre-season, expectations for this year’s Flames team, and a brief chat about Oliver Kylington.
Pike will be appearing on the Lowdown with Lowetide throughout the season to discuss the Flames.
