Throwback Thursday: This week in 1986, Brett Hull scores first NHL goal

Welcome back to another edition of Throwback Thursday!
This week in 1986 (Nov. 13), Brett Hull scored his first NHL goal with the Calgary Flames.
Hull, then 22, had joined the Flames for a four-game stint in November and scored the game-winning goal in his first game giving the club a 4-3 win over the visiting Hartford Whalers.
He would play one more season for the Flames in 1987-88 before Calgary traded him to the St. Louis Blues along with Steve Bozek for Rob Ramage and Rick Wamsley.
Hull would go on to have a Hall of Fame career having been inducted in 2009. In 1269 NHL games, Hull scored 741 goals and 1391 points.
His 741 tallies place him fourth on the league’s all-time goal scoring list behind Jaromir Jagr, Gordie Howe and Wayne Gretzky.
