Flames return Alexander Yelesin to Stockton

The Calgary Flames are headed to the All-Star Break and they’ve made a roster move. The club has re-assigned defenseman Alexander Yelesin to the American Hockey League’s Stockton Heat.
Yelesin was the team’s 8th defender, recalled due to some concerns about lingering bumps and bruises prior to the road trip. Well, it turns out everybody was fit enough to play so he got to eat popcorn in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa. He’s waiver exempt, so Yelesin heads back to the AHL to get some game action in and hopefully inch closer to NHL game action.
