Dustin Wolf is a finalist for WHL Goaltender of the Year

Another day, another accolade for Calgary Flames prospect Dustin Wolf. The netminder has been named the top goaltender in the Western Hockey League’s Western Conference and a finalist for the WHL’s Del Wilson Award as the WHL’s top goalie.
The Everett Silvertips netminder was the Flames’ seventh round pick, fourth from last in the entire event, at the 2019 NHL Draft. He’s short by goaltender standards, listed at around six feet, but he’s been one of the top WHL goaltenders over the past two seasons. This past season he was the WHL’s statistical leaders in everything goaltending and one of the top statistical goaltenders in the entire Canadian Hockey League.
He’s destined to return back to the WHL in 2020-21 for his 19-year-old season.
