The Edmonton Oilers find themselves in a hole, down 2-0 in the Stanley Cup finals. But hey, the saying is, “You’re not in trouble until you lose on home ice.” Can the Oilers get themselves back in the series tonight?
Today’s expected goaltender matchups for our highlighted game:
The Florida Panthers’ Sergei Bobrovsky (14-5 record, 2.02 GAA, .916 S%) vs. The Edmonton Oilers’ Stuart Skinner (11-6 record, 2.51 GAA, .896 S%).

Edmonton Oilers To Score A Power Play Goal (-135)

A $10.00 bet would return $17.40.
This Oilers power play is too lethal to be struggling this much. Usually, when it’s the Stanley Cup finals, the referees hide their whistles; for the most part, they have been. But this Panthers team is very undisciplined, and it will eventually catch up with them.
Florida has given Edmonton seven power play opportunities in the opening two games but managed to escape without any damage done each time. The Oilers have a 38.5% power play percentage in Rogers Place this postseason.
Connor McDavid had this to say about how the Oilers can fix their struggling power play, “It’s not as structured a power play, but just using instinct. We call it playing road hockey. I think we’ve got to be elite at that.”
I’m excited to see what this road hockey type of power play looks like tonight – so much so that I’ll put my money where my mouth is.

Evan Bouchard Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (-150)

A $15.00 bet would return $25.00.
Evan Bouchard has only cleared in one of his last six games, averaging 2.2 shots per game, but his volume is not to be ignored. Bouchard has six shots in this series but has had 25 shot attempts – safe to say he’s been firing the puck lately.
The Oilers and Bouchard return home, where he averages 2.9 shots on goal this postseason. Against the Panthers, Bouchard has cleared this line in four of his last six games, averaging 4.0 shots on 9.5 shot attempts per game.

All-Time Record: 115-109-1 (-$12.06)
