It’s been a few days off for me, but we’re back today with some crucial, series-deciding games to bet on.
Today’s expected goaltender match-ups for our highlighted games:
The Boston Bruins’ Jeremy Swayman (5-5 record, 2.28 GAA, .930 S%) vs. The Florida Panthers’ Sergei Bobrovsky (7-2 record, 2.56 GAA, .892 S%).
The Edmonton Oilers’ Calvin Pickard (12-7-1 record, 2.45 GAA, .909 S%) vs. The Vancouver Canucks’ Arturs Silovs (4-2 record, 2.65 GAA, .908 S%).

Florida Panthers puck line (+125)

A $10.00 bet would return $22.50.
We’re back to targeting the team facing elimination on the puck line. The Florida Panthers lost Game 1 of the series but haven’t waivered since. They’ve outscored the Bruins 15-5 over the last three victories and have a chance to close out the series tonight back on home ice.
Brad Marchand remains out of the lineup after taking a punch from Sam Bennett. The absence of their captain really shows the holes this team has in its forward group, and they won’t be able to outmatch the high-end pressure from this Florida Panthers team.

Arturs Silovs over 27.5 saves (-116)

A $10.00 bet would return $18.69.
Arturs Silovs has been the story of the playoffs for the Vancouver Canucks in net. He’s been cool as a cucumber with a 4-2 record this playoffs, a 2.65 goals against average and a .908 save percentage. He is accomplishing all this while having only nine NHL games under his belt and being the team’s third-string goaltender.
Silovs has cleared in just two of his six playoff games, averaging 26.3 saves per game. In two instances, Silovs finished with 27 saves, one shy of clearing this total. Edmonton is averaging 31.1 shots on goal per game during the playoffs and 33.8 per game in the regular season, ranking as the most in the NHL.

Last Game Recap

Connor McDavid Over 3.5 Shots on Goal – WON – (+$11.50)
Edmonton Oilers Moneyline – WON – (+$7.69)
The Oilers came from behind, led by Connor McDavid and stole the victory away from the Vancouver Canucks in Game 2. McDavid finished that game with five shots on goal on nine shot attempts.
All-Time Record: 98-91-1 (+$26.26)
