It’s nice to see the NHL scheduling even out a bit here, with a seven-game slate and at staggered times, so there should be hockey throughout the whole night.
There are some marquee match-ups tonight starting with a battle between two of the top Canadian teams — the Winnipeg Jets and Toronto Maple Leafs. The Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins are the other crucial games for the Eastern Conference standings.

Florida Panthers moneyline & Sam Reinhart point (-110)

Your $10 bet would return $19.09.
The Florida Panthers snapped their four-game losing streak in their most recent outing against the Nashville Predators. The Panthers have won five of their last six games against tonight’s opponent the Arizona Coyotes.
The Coyotes come into tonight’s game winners of two straight but have only four wins in their last 10 games and have a miserable 8-10-3 road record. Arizona is starting Karel Vejmelka, who has lost three straight and has allowed 3+ goals in four straight.
Sam Reinhart is currently in sole possession of 10th place in the entire NHL in points. How many people had that on their bingo cards to start the season?
Currently, Reinhart is on a 10-game point streak, totalling 14 points. Against the Coyotes, Reinhart has points in four of five games, totalling five points. Arizona is allowing 3.2 goals against over their last 10 days.

Pavel Buchnevich over 2.5 shots on goal (-134)

Your $10 bet would return $17.50.
We’re going straight back to him. He owes us our money back.
Pavel Buchnevich is a much better shooting on the road than he is at home, clearing at a 73% clip, averaging 3.0 shots on 5.9 shot attempts. Before his miss last game against the Calgary Flames, he had covered in five straight road games. The Vancouver Canucks allow the third most shots on goal to the left wing position, averaging 8.4 shots per game.

Brock Boeser goal (+162)

Your $7.50 bet would return $19.65.
It’s projected that tonight’s Canucks will have their top line of Elias Pettersson, J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser split up. Boeser started off scoring with this line, with three goals in four games but has found himself scoreless through his previous five. Boeser averaged 3.3 shots over his last game against the Blues but only has one goal to show for it. Over that span with Miller and Pettersson, it was Pettersson who took the shooting role, expecting Boeser to reclaim the sniper role back on his line.

Last Game Recap

Jordan Binnington over 27.5 Saves – WIN – (+$8.00)
Pavel Buchnevich over 2.5 Shots on Goal – LOSS – (-$10.00)
Binnington was indeed peppered by the Flames, ending with 32 saves on 35 shots faced. Buchnevich had the volume for us last night with four shot attempts but only had two hit the net.
All-Time Record: 16-17 (-$32.2)
