Team Matthews Money Line (-120)

It’s the hometown team with all four All-Star Toronto Maple Leafs on the team, Auston Matthews, William Nylander, Mitch Marner and Morgan Rielly. They’ll likely play that much harder today in front of their home fans. Team Matthews takes on Team Hughes; let’s compare both team’s All-Star lineups.
Team Matthews:
Auston Matthews, Morgan Rielly, William Nylander, Mitch Marner, Jake Oettinger, Clayton Keller, Mathew Barzal, Igor Shesterkin, Filip Forsberg, Alex DeBrincat and Vincent Trocheck.
Team Hughes:
Quinn Hughes, Elias Pettersson, Nikita Kucherov, Thatcher Demko, Kyle Connor, Brady Tkachuk, Jesper Bratt, Cam Talbot, Brock Boeser, J.T. Miller, Frank Vatrano.

Team Matthews To Win Tournament (+260)

Your $5 bet would return $18.00
Again, tugging on the heartstrings of this team wants to show out for their Maple Leaf fans. If Team Matthews were to make it to the final, they would face off against either Team McDavid or Team MacKinnon; here are their All-Star rosters.
Team McDavid: Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl, Connor Hellebuyck, David Pastrnak, Rasmus Dahlin, Robert Thomas, Sam Reinhart, Sergei Bobrovsky, Boone Jenner, Nick Suzuki and Tomas Hertl.
Team MacKinnon: Nathan MacKinnon, Cale Makar, Sidney Crosby, Kirill Kaprizov, Sebastian Aho, Tom Wilson, Jeremy Swayman, Travis Konecny, Elias Lindholm and Oliver Bjorkstrand.

All-Star MVP Auston Matthews (+800) & William Nylander (+1200)

Your $2.50 bet on Matthews would return $18.50.
Just last year, we saw hometown hero Matthew Tkachuk take home the award when the All-Star game was in Florida. Now that the All-Star game is in Toronto, if team Matthews were to win, one of these two should take home the award. Matthews is the face of the team, and wouldn’t be shocked if they gave it to him with his goal-scoring prowess. It’s smart to sprinkle the same on Nylander, as this just seems to be this All-Star’s year.
Just a reminder that these are bets just for fun; there is very little analysis to go off over this all-star break with the level of competition and players’ competition levels. Like the show we saw Connor McDavid put on compared to Nikita Kucherov.
