The Calgary Flames continue their six-game home stand against the St. Louis Blues. The Flames look to improve on their 11-9-1 home record after having lost their last two, granted those two games were against teams much higher than them in the standings. The Blues currently sit one point behind the Flames.
Historically, the Blues have handled the Flames with ease, winning five of their last six head-to-head match-ups. Calgary gets their number one netminder back tonight, Jacob Markstrom. He’ll be taking on the Blues’ number-one goalie, Jordan Binnington. Speaking of Binnington…

Jordan Binnington over 27.5 saves (-125)

Binnington has cleared this line in three of his last five games, averaging 27.8 saves. The Blues are coming off back-to-back games against the Washington Capitals. The Capitals only had 26 and 18 shots on goal over that span, and rank in the bottom five for total shots on goal this season.
In three of his last four games against the Flames, Binnington averaged 30.8 saves per game. Calgary averages 31.7 shots on goal per game, while St. Louis averages 31.8 shots against per game.

Pavel Buchnevich over 2.5 Shots on Goal (-134)

Your $10 bet would return $17.50.
Pavel Buchnevich has never been known as a shooter until this season. On pace to shatter his previous career high of 199 shots in a single season with 223. He has cleared this line in four straight games, averaging 3.5 shots on 5.5 shot attempts per game.
On the road this season, Buchnevich is clearing this line at a 76% clip, averaging 3.1 shots on 5.1 shot attempts. In the Scotiabank Saddledome, Buchnevich has covered in three of his last four games, averaging 3.0 shots on 4.8 shot attempts. Calgary allows the third most shots on goal to right-wingers over their last 10 games.
