Lucas Feuk- LW, AIK, Superelit/Allsvenskan
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Superelit up to date | 7 | 6 | 2 | 8 | 6 | 7 | 6 | 23.43 |
Change from last week | – | – | – | – | – | – | – | – |
Allsvenskan up to date | 17 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1.83 |
Change from last week | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | -0.25 |
Feuk is settling into a fourth line role with AIK’s pro club. He was held off the scoresheet in two games this week.
Glenn Gawdin- RW, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 20 | 7 | 12 | 19 | 8 | 13 | 6 | 37.86 |
Change from last week | 3 | 2 | 1 | 3 | 3 | 2 | 2 | +0.36 |
Gawdin continues to be among Stockton’s most consistent offensive contributors. He had a point per game this past week and is scoring just shy of that pace through 20 games.
Justin Kirkland- LW/C, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 18 | 3 | 13 | 16 | 7 | 10 | 7 | 35.42 |
Change from last week | 3 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | -1.78 |
Kirkland continues to be a quietly productive player for the Heat. He’s a bit older than some of the other prospects, but he’s shown the ability to play in tons of different situations and contribute.
Demetrious Koumontzis- LW, Arizona State University, NCAA (Independent)
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 12 | 3 | 4 | 7 | 3 | 4 | 1 | 17.27 |
Change from last week | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | -3.43 |
Arizona State returned to action after three weeks off. They took three of a possible four points from Vermont. Koumontzis played both games but didn’t register a point.
Carl-Johan Lerby- D, Malmo Redhawks, SHL
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 20 | 4 | 6 | 10 | 5 | 6 | 4 | 21.72 |
Change from last week | 2 | 0 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 | +2.72 |
Lerby missed both of Malmo’s games this past week with an unspecified injury that he suffered back on Nov. 23.
Linus Lindstrom- C/LW, Skelleftea AIK, SHL
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 22 | 4 | 2 | 6 | 3 | 5 | 2 | 13.33 |
Change from last week | 2 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | -0.25 |
The bad news is Lindstrom seems to have settled into his role as Skelleftea’s fourth line center. The good news is he registered a secondary assist this week.
Ryan Lomberg- LW, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 20 | 10 | 9 | 19 | 13 | 15 | 11 | 37.86 |
Change from last week | 3 | 2 | 0 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 1 | -1.99 |
He projects primarily as an energy guy if he gets any NHL duty again, but Lomberg continues to campaign for a call-up by playing quite well offensively. He had a power play goal and an even strength goal this week.
Mitchell Mattson- LW, Michigan State, NCAA (Big 10)
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 4 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Change from last week | – | – | – | – | – | – | – | – |
Mattson was scratched for both of Michigan State’s games. (Yes, again. We haven’t had to change this blurb in weeks.)
Andrew Nielsen- D, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 19 | 0 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 4.19 |
Change from last week | 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | -0.79 |
Nielsen played in every game and didn’t hit the scoresheet. Granted, that’s not his calling card, but it’s not a great sign.
Ilya Nikolayev- C, Loko, MHL
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 26 | 13 | 12 | 25 | 18 | 19 | 14 | 24.44 |
Change from last week | 3 | 1 | 3 | 4 | 3 | 3 | 2 | +1.23 |
Nikolayev had a productive week as he pushed his production to just shy of a point per game. He had a multi-point game and a stat correction from a prior game. He has a decent shot of playing for Russia at the World Juniors.
Joshua Nodler- C/RW, Michigan State
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 14 | 2 | 3 | 5 | 2 | 5 | 2 | 9.75 |
Change from last week | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | -1.63 |
Nodler had no points in two games against Ohio State. He’s currently MSU’s second line center as a fresh-faced freshman.
Jakob Pelletier- LW, Moncton Wildcats, QMJHL
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 25 | 18 | 30 | 48 | 27 | 38 | 24 | 44.71 |
Change from last week | 3 | 4 | 2 | 6 | 4 | 5 | 4 | +0.25 |
Stop me if you’ve heard this before: Pelletier had another good week. He had goals in every game of the week and polished off the weekend with a four point game.
Pelletier is one of 17 forwards invited to Canada’s World Junior camp.
Emilio Pettersen- C/LW, Denver Pioneers, NCAA (NCHC)
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 14 | 2 | 10 | 12 | 5 | 6 | 4 | 30.86 |
Change from last week | – | – | – | – | – | – | – | – |
Denver was idle this week.
Matthew Phillips- RW, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 20 | 7 | 14 | 21 | 13 | 19 | 13 | 41.84 |
Change from last week | 3 | 2 | 3 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 4 | +4.33 |
Phillips continues to purr along offensively. He plays in every situation and keeps the Heat headed in the right direction. He’s their leading scorer at the moment.
Luke Philp- C, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 18 | 6 | 3 | 9 | 6 | 8 | 6 | 19.93 |
Change from last week | 3 | 2 | 1 | 3 | 3 | 3 | 3 | +3.99 |
After a quiet start, Philp has started to figure out the AHL. He has all of his points over the last nine games. He scored a dandy overtime winner earlier this week.
Martin Pospisil- C/LW, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 6 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Change from last week | – | – | – | – | – | – | – | – |
Pospisil remains out day to day with an upper body injury.
Milos Roman- C, Vancouver Giants, WHL
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 26 | 12 | 8 | 20 | 11 | 17 | 11 | 19.05 |
Change from last week | 2 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | -0.55 |
Roman had a goal last week, but otherwise was fairly quiet.
Adam Ruzicka- C, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 19 | 3 | 5 | 8 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 16.78 |

Ruzicka returned from his injury and erupted for three points in a single game.
Filip Sveningsson- LW, IK Oskarshamn, SHL
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 14 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 6.98 |
Change from last week | – | – | – | – | – | – | – | – |
Once again, Sveningsson didn’t play any games this week due to an unspecified injury. He hasn’t played since Oct. 26.
Eetu Tuulola- RW, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 16 | 5 | 4 | 9 | 6 | 7 | 4 | 22.42 |
Change from last week | 3 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 2 | 2 | 1 | +4.03 |
Tuulola returned from his injury and had points in each game. He’s having a very solid first North American season.
Rinat Valiev- D, Stockton Heat
GP | G | A | P | 5v5 P | P1 | 5v5 P1 | NHLe
Up to date | 20 | 0 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 1 | 1 | 7.97 |

GP | TOI | SV% | |
Up to date | 9 | 537.50 | 0.903 |

GP | TOI | SV% | |

Change from last week | 2 | 119 | +0.004 |
Wolf pushed his save percentage to .940 with a tough 2-1 loss followed by a shutout victory. He’s quite good. He’s a virtual lock to be the backup to Spencer Knight for Team USA at the World Juniors.
Artyom Zagidulin- G, Stockton Heat
GP | TOI | SV% | |
Up to date | 12 | 631.78 | 0.879 |
Change from last week | 2 | 121.23 | -0.005 |
