FN Draft 2012 Weekend (Suggestions) Open Thread

 

 

We’re less than a week away from the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Over the next few days, FN will continue to profile potential draft targets as well as existing Calgary Flames prospects.

A lot fo questions remain though. Who do you think the Flames will take in the first round? Who do you think they should take? Or with their next pick in the third? Will they package 14th overall to recoup a second round pick? Last year, Robyn Regehr was dealt on the draft floor. Are there any Flames on the trading block this time around?

On top of all that, the Nations will have a strong presence in Pittsburgh this year. Myself, Robert Cleave of FN and JetsNation, Thomas Drance of Canucks Army, Cam Charron of LeafsNation and Jason Gregor or OilersNation will be down in Penslvania mingling with the scouts, media and hopefuls.

We plan to have at least one live chat going (during the first round again), but we can have a preview chat sometime this week by request as well.
