Talking the arena saga with LiveWire Calgary

The Calgary Flames’ arena saga has been lingering around here since roughly 2013. Last week, our own Ryan Pike sat down with LiveWire Calgary’s Josh White to discuss the arena saga and the recent season.

For some background, White is a former advisor to Calgary’s mayor Naheed Nenshi and a lifelong Flames fan. Pike’s been covering the arena project since the Saddledome flooded way back when, so it’s over an hour of Flames and arena chat – including some educated guessing regarding just how soon a deal could be agreed to.
