The Last Trade The Flames Made With Every Team
By Ryan Pike
9 years agoIf you’re like me, the NHL’s trade deadline is an exciting time. it’s a time to think about possibilities, and the future. But it can also be a time to think about the past.
Me? I wondered when the last time the Flames made a trade with each of the other 29 NHL clubs. Here’s what I found out after digging around at Pro Sports Transactions:

I was shocked that it’s been two decades since the Flames have dealt with the Canucks, Islanders or Senators. I wonder what that’s all about.
Which deal here stirs the most fond memories for you? The most terror? The largest gnawing feeling that the Flames shouldn’t have traded down in the draft? (There are a lot of key examples of the last one.)
