Game 4 was the first time in this series against the Edmonton Oilers that they failed to score three or more goals. Had they not misplayed the final minute in their own zone, they could have accomplished this feat in the extra frame. In the regular season, Vancouver averaged 3.4 goals for per game.
Vancouver is shaking up their lines for tonight&#8217;s game with hopes of getting their own version of success, which Edmonton got in Game 4 when they shook up their lines. Calvin Pickard is in net, and let&#8217;s not pretend he handled much of a workload in Game 4. Once Vancouver put the pressure on in the third period, he allowed two goals on eight shots. If Vancouver can replicate that pressure on Pickard for more than 20 minutes tonight, we&#8217;ll likely hit this team total.

Now, I know that Elias Pettersson has played poorly this playoffs, but things have changed. Tonight, he&#8217;ll finally get some competent players to play with. Pettersson is getting reunited with Nils Höglander and Elias Lindholm. These three played 57 minutes of 5-on-5 ice time this season; during that time, they outshot, out-chanced and outscored their opponents. I&#8217;m expecting big things for this line, as well as Pettersson, averaging a point per game against the Oilers this season.
