Flames 2010-2011 Schedule Released

By Kent Wilson
Jun 22, 2010, 12:57 EDT
The Flames will begin the season on the road versus Taylor Hall (maybe?) and the Edmonton Oilers on October 7. Other dates of note inlcude:
The Flames have their home opener on Sunday, October 10th as they host the Los Angeles Kings. The Flames’ annual New Year’s Eve home game has Calgary hosting the Colorado Avalanche for a 7:00 pm start at the Pengrowth Saddledome. The Christmas schedule includes home games against Vancouver (December 1st), Tampa Bay (December 7th), Columbus (December 13th), Toronto (December 16th), Minnesota (December 18th) and Buffalo (December 27th). Calgary will face the Edmonton Oilers on New Years Day, Saturday January 1 at Rexall Place.
Personally, I just hope there’s less back-to-backs this year.
