John Down reports today that the Flames have sent many of their junior players back to their respective clubs. Leach, Reinhart, Holland and Bennett all played minor roles in the prospect tournament, which is not uncommon for 18 and 19 year olds. Also goiing back to junior is Cam Lanigan, who was released by the Flames without being inked. That Lanigan didn’t stick with the organization is no surprise either after the youngster allowed a few softies against the Vancouver kids.
