Great news for the remaining NHL teams and their staffs as there have been no positive COVID-19 tests in the league’s Edmonton and Toronto bubbles.
In a statement released Monday, the league said there have been zero positive COVID-19 tests among the 2,814 conducted between Aug. 23-29.
Testing has been done on all members of NHL clubs’ 52-person travelling parties that were brought into the bubble including players and club staff.
Since teams left their respective cities to join the bubbles, 27,356 COVID-19 tests have been conducted.
