Flames shuffle some bodies: Ryan and Domingue activated from taxi squad

In advance of Thursday’s season opener in Winnipeg, the Calgary Flames have made a few roster shuffles.
Forward Derek Ryan has been activated from the taxi squad and is on the main roster. He split time with Dominik Simon on the third line (with Andrew Mangiapane and Mikael Backlund) in Wednesday’s practice.
Goalie David Rittich has been declared non-roster for tonight’s game due to a family issue. Louis Domingue moves from the taxi squad to the main roster (and will dress as backup against Winnipeg), and Artyom Zagidulin has been summoned from the Stockton Heat’s camp (in Calgary) to be the taxi squad goalie.
For cap purposes, the Flames have 21 players counting against the cap for Thursday: the original 20-man roster from Tuesday, plus Ryan. (Rittich counts against the cap even though he’s considered a non-roster player.) Domingue does not count because his recall was under emergency conditions.
This appears to be what #Flames did re: Domingue's recall this evening, as well.
By noting Skinner's recall as "Emergency Basis", appears #Oilers are using the new Emergency Recall in the Transition Rules. If an active goalie is unable to play, the taxi goalie can be recalled on an emergency basis and it does not count against the cap.
