There are some players currently lighting up the NHL and going to their games is my best recommendation for finding nice odds. I was too late writing today to jump on the Frank Vatrano bandwagon but there are surely some other good finds.

Primary Bet – Sidney Crosby to get 1+ assists (+105)

A $1 bet pays out $2.05 – Hey he’s still Sid the Kid and the Senators defence has faced a rash of injuries. The Penguins are also at home – just a lot of things playing out in the Penguins favour on paper early.

Secondary Bet – Detroit Red Wings vs. Boston Bruins over 6.5 goals in match (+110)

A $1 bet pays out $2.10 – Detroit has the best powerplay in the league to start with help from Alex Debrincat. The Bruins are still the cream of the crop in the NHL despite losing both Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci. Maybe a little more of that Poitras magic from the Bruins mixed with some powerplay shenanigans from the red wings can help you cash in on a positive line

Tertiary Bet – Auston Matthews to score 2+ points (+120)

A $1 bet pays out $2.20 – He’s Matthews, he’s wearing the Beiber jerseys, and he’s back to full health. I don’t like going for more than 1 point at a time or per player but he’s too good not to find some form of offence every night. The only downside would be Saros having a game to remember but even then Matthews can still tally 2 points.
