Your Calgary Flames return to the ice tonight against a Canadian rival, the Winnipeg Jets. The Winnipeg Jets are comfortably in a playoff position but have struggled lately, dropping six of their last seven games. This bodes well for the Flames, who have beaten the Jets in four of their previous five games.
Today’s confirmed goaltender match-up for our highlighted game:
The Calgary Flames’ Dustin Wolf (3-6-1) vs. The Winnipeg Jets’ Connor Hellebuyck (32-19-4).

Andrei Kuzmenko goal (+240)

Your $5.00 bet would return $17.00.
Considering his absolute tear, it’s odd not to see a shot-on-goal line or point prop for Andrei Kuzmenko today. Is Betway trying to tell us something?
Kuzmenko has scored four goals in his last three games, including two multi-goal games. Since joining Nazem Kadri on the teams’ top line, he has a three-game point streak, totalling six points. He has also covered his 1.5 shots on goal line in four of his last five games, averaging 2.8 shots on 4.8 shot attempts. The Jets allow the third most shots on goal to wingers, averaging 13.4 per game over their last 10.
If Kuzmenko gets a shot on goal line, I would predict it to be at -150 odds, in which I would put $15.00 on it. But for today, we’ll stick to his goal prop for $5.00.

Sean Monahan point (-134)

Your $10.00 bet would return $17.50.
Despite the Winnipeg Jets’ recent struggles, Sean Monahan hasn’t gotten that memo. He is currently on a four-game point streak after a three-game pointless streak. Rick Bowness switched up his lines last game, putting Kyle Connor and Cole Perfetti on Monahan’s wing. It clearly worked as the line had seven points between them. I wouldn’t project Bowness to change these lines, as they snapped their six-game losing streak after these alterations.
Not to mention, this is a revenge game for Monahan.
Monahan has played three games against the Calgary Flames since they traded him. He has five points in two of three games, including a hat trick earlier this season as a member of the Winnipeg Jets. The Flames have allowed the sixth-most goals against (3.7) per game over their last 10 games.

Last Game Recap

Mika Zibanejad Over 2.5 Shots on Goal – WON – (+$7.50)
Conor Garland Point – WON – (+$10.50)
Tampa Bay Lightning / Toronto Maple Leafs Over 6.5 – LOSS – (-$10.00)
We are slowly climbing back in the right direction! Mika Zibanejad made us sweat after having two shots halfway through the first, not finding his third and final shot until the last half of the third period. The same thing happened with Conor Garland, who found his point when he scored the game-winning goal with under two minutes to go.
All-Time Record: 65-72 (-$102.14)
