After last nights stinker its hard to have faith in the Flames, but the Ducks are one of the worst teams in the league. The Flames should be able to pull a win out against the Ducks blindfolded, but as history has shown even that won’t stop them. If the Flames have given up – and it appears that way at times down the stretch – John Gibson could steal this.
Primary Bet – Calgary Flames to win ML and over 5.5 goals (+125)
A $1 bet pays out $2.25. Calgary should still win and there should be more than 5.5 goals to get it done. Can they falter – of course it happens all the time, but we make bets on what we think is more likely to happen and I think the Flames will bounce back with a win.
Secondary Bet – Tyler Toffoli over 3.5 shots on goal (+110)
A $1 bet pays out $2.10. Nobody shoots more than Toffoli and after watching him rip the puck four times on one power play I will not be deterred from picking this. He’s their number one shooter which in an essence is a microcosm of the season as a whole.
Tertiary Bet – Elias Lindholm to get 1+ assists (+100)
A $1 bet pays out $2.00. If I’m going to bet on Toffoli to shoot its smart to also bet on his most consistent linemate to get assists. It isn’t always going to pan out but if you’re going to compound bets it’s best to do them intelligently.
