Betway Bets of the Day: Calgary Flames at Montreal Canadiens

Hate to break it to everybody but the Habs haven’t changed much in a week since the last time they played the Flames. Before-hand we said it should be a 2-goal Calgary win unless they got stopped by a hot goalie – to which they then got stopped by a hot goalie. I’ll say the same thing again, it should be a 2-goal Calgary win. The Flames have changed the bottom of their roster since the last game, but the top end is who needs to start scoring.

I’m going to keep things simple and just go with the Flames winning. No goal stipulations or attachments. Simple and easy hoping Calgary doesn’t get stonewalled again.

Calgary should be able to pepper the opposition with shots. It’s been a couple days of being pretty low on the shots – typically after that you’ll see an influx as the coaches remind their players to shoot the darned puck instead of passing it off.

To be perfectly honest i would bet on Ruzicka but he’s not listed. Hanifin is going for 1+ points at +115 if you want better odds. Backlund has been one of the best play drivers and is actually producing of late. Huberdeau is on a bit of a defensive tear too but it hasn’t resulted in tangible production from his line.
