The Flames are making a push for a playoff spot, while Dallas is fairly comfortable in their playoff situation right now. The Flames have beaten Dallas twice this season, both times on the road, and are in a situation where they really need another two points. The Flames have been a streaky offensive team this season, but they’re coming off a game where they beat Jonathan Quick six times. They probably feel dangerous.

A $1 bet pays out $2.10. So the goaltenders involved in this game are expected to be Jacob Markstrom and Jake Oettinger. Especially lately, they’ve both been pretty stingy. There’s decent value for Under 5.5, but see if you can stomach Under 4.5 (+275) or Under 3.5 (+475). If you have the gumption for it, they have much larger potential payouts.

Then again, the Flames and Stars have combined for 11 and 9 goals in each of their first two outings…

A $1 bet pays out $2.75. Toffoli had four points last game and his line with Elias Lindholm and Andrew Mangiapane was consistently dangerous. Given the circumstances, you could expect the Flames’ coaches to lean heavily on them in high leverage scenarios. Of anybody in red, Toffoli seems as good a bet as any to get a goal.

A $1 bet pays out $2.10. Again, Mangiapane’s line was superb against Vegas and you can bet they’ll get a lot of offensive zone starts and favourable match-ups on home ice. Mangiapane seems a safe bet to get 3 or more shots.
