In their past five outings, the Flames are 1-1-3 – they have five of a possible 10 points, but they’ve also lost four of five. They haven’t been playing poorly, either, they just have been finding ways to not win. If the Flames can get some run support, they have a good chance to make some noise. If not? Life may be challenging.
In their past five games, the Blues are 3-1-1. The difference? The Blues won two of their three overtime outs, while the Flames lost all three of theirs. They haven’t been scoring a ton lately either, though they have managed outbursts of four and seven goals in recent games.

Primary Bet – Calgary Flames to win (-135)

The Flames are probably due for an outburst at some point. And the back half of a back-to-back against a team that played a back-and-forth tilt against Edmonton on Thursday night seems like a really good opportunity.

Secondary Bet – Josh Leivo anytime goalscorer (+325)

This is entirely a stab in the dark, but former Flame Josh Leivo left the Flames, had a strong AHL season, and now he’s back in the show. You gotta believe he’ll be motivated against one of his old teams.

Tertiary Bet – Game requires overtime (+300)

The Flames’ last three games went to overtime. St. Louis’ last three games went to overtime.
Remember bet safe and have fun!
