A very low event game, the hawks went up early thanks to a few PP’s and then sat back for most of the game. The Flames didn’t come on until the third when a few of the calls went their way, but by then it was too little, too late.
The first line finally had itself a decent night, in part because Quenneville decided to skate his big guns against the Flames lower lines. The PP continues to put up points, which is probably the best news to come out of this largely unsucessful road trip.
