Mania-pane? It sounds weird with the “mania” in the front, but looks more correct.

In case you missed it

  • Here’s last week’s update.
  • And that’s it!

Rasmus Andersson – D, Stockton Heat, AHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current916733329.98
Change from last week3112020-2.14
Andersson celebrated his birthday this past week and also added his first goal of the season:

Austin Carroll – RW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current20000000
Change from last week20000000
Carroll finally got into a game after Hunter Shinkaruk went out for maintenance. He had two shots last week.

Dillon Dube – C/LW, Kelowna Rockets, WHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current125914711627.74
Change from last week2112222-0.80
Dube only had two points last week, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t sweet points:
Dube was also named the WHL’s captain for the upcoming CHL-Russia series.

Zach Fischer – RW, Spokane Chiefs, WHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current833633317.84
Change from last week32241218.33
Fischer seems to be settling in nicely with Spokane, even adding a goal in his revenge game against the Medicine Hat Tigers (although Spokane lost 7-4). He also still likes fighting, fyi.
Stats are total.

Spencer Foo – RW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current914534221.41
Change from last week30221212.14
Foo is more of a monster than his stat line shows. Twice this season, he’s had five shot games and is currently Stockton’s leader in that category, currently making up just under 10% of the team’s total.

Adam Fox – D, Harvard Crimson, ECAC

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current202210037.72
Change from last week202210037.72
Harvard finally began their hockey season, and Fox looks like he hasn’t missed a beat. He contributed two assists to Harvard’s 5-0 win against Dartmouth.

Josh Healey – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current50000000
Change from last week10000000
Healey is still playing rotation duty with Ollas Mattsson, but appears to have lost for the time being. He only played in one game this week.

Mark Jankowski – C, Stockton Heat -X

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current653856451.39
Change from last week00000000
Jankowski is still in the NHL. Is he there for good?

D’Artagnan Joly – RW, Baie-Comeau Drakkar, QMJHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current613424213.67
Change from last week21120203.42
Joly added his first goal of the season, and is slowly but surely finding his spot on the offence. Currently, he has contributed to 25% of all offence for Baie-Comeau.

Pavel Karnaukhov – LW/C, CSKA Moscow, KHL/Zvezda, VHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
KHL current40000000
Change from last week00000000
VHL current1268141012836.35
Change from last week2000000-7.27
Back in action after a silent week, but nothing really changed. He played two games in the VHL and didn’t record any stats.

Morgan Klimchuk – LW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current943756529.98
Change from last week322434310.71
The prospect of this week has to be Klimchuk, who exploded after a handful of lacklustre performances this season. He nearly had a hat trick against Bakersfield:

Oliver Kylington – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current916664429.98
Change from last week3022111-2.15
Another week, another two points for Kylington. If Kulak hadn’t shut the door closed on the 3LD conversation, Kylington would have a strong case to get a shot in.

Linus Lindstrom – C/LW, Skelleftea AIK, SHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current142022226.79
Change from last week31011112.45
Lindstrom added his second goal of the season in the first period of a 10-4 Skelleftea blowout.
He’s also received a nod for Sweden’s U20 exhibition squad, a good sign for the WJC.

Ryan Lomberg – LW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current90111114.28
Change from last week3000000-2.14
Lomberg was pretty quiet this week, again. He seems to be struggling to start the season, especially since he’s been moved to center. I’d like to see if he gets shifted back soon.

Andrew Mangiapane – LW/C, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current951015109764.23
Change from last week32353320
You probably wouldn’t have guessed that Mark Jankowski left last week given Mangiapane’s statline. The AHL scoring leader kept up his furious over PPG pace and is making a case for himself as Stockton’s best player. Mangiapane just does not stop. He’s still only 21, for the record.

Mitchell Mattson – C/LW, Sioux Falls Stampede, USHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current102244229.18
Change from last week32133115.9
Mattson is starting to make up for lost time, having gone a point per game this week after only scoring once in the seven games previous. He’s still a long way from the pros, so accept it for what it is.

Adam Ollas Mattsson – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date40000000
Change from last week20000000
AOM saw two games this week, and added his first two shots on net this year.

Matthew Phillips – C/RW, Victoria Royals, WHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current171519341224847.56
Change from last week4426353-3.66
Phillips is starting to slow down from his furious 2.67 PPG pace to a mere 2.0 PPG pace. He’s starting to get more points at 5v5, and more primary points too, which should ease some doubts about his lopsided totals early on in the year.

Emile Poirier – LW/RW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current91122118.56
Change from last week3000000-4.29
Poirier hasn’t scored in a while, and his statline seems sad, but it’s hard to improve those things from Stockton’s fourth line.

Brett Pollock – LW/C, Stockton Heat, AHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current10000000
Change from last week00000000
After playing a game last week, Pollock went back to the pressbox. He’s Stockton’s Freddie Hamilton, except he doesn’t have a brother on the team.

Daniel Pribyl – RW/C, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current00000000
Still injured.

Rushan Rafikov – D, Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, KHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current2616774416.34
Change from last week30111111.17
Rushan Rafikov played three games last week and added an assist.

Adam Ruzicka – C/LW, Sarnia Sting, OHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date15121224919539.36
Change from last week22240401.51
Ruzicka continues his dominant start to the season, managing four powerplay points this last week. He’s been absolutely lethal there, one of the reasons Sarnia is the CHL’s best team right now.

Hunter Shinkaruk – F, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date822423219.27
Change from last week21121116.42
After missing a game due to maintenance, Shinkaruk returned with a goal and an assist in his two games this week.

Hunter Smith – RW, Kansas City Mavericks, ECHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date40000000
Smith doesn’t have a shot on goal in ECHL action.

Filip Sveningsson – LW, HV71, Superelit/SHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
SHL current30000000
Change from last week00000000
Superelit current127714811519.13
Change from last week00000000
Sveningsson is in limbo for the time being, officially on HV71’s SHL roster, but not playing.

Eetu Tuulola – RW, HPK, SM-Liiga

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current1550535311.75
Change from last week21010100.9
Tuulola seems to be finding his game, adding another goal this week. His Liiga start has been slow, but he’s been heating up and has been seeing more icetime for HPK.

Juuso Valimaki – D, Tri-City Americans, WHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current1026836219.02
Change from last week3011010-4.76
Valimaki had a slow week, only adding a powerplay assist in three games played.

Tyler Wotherspoon – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Current914523221.41
Change from last week3000000-9.24
Don’t forget about Wotherspoon as an NHL D option. He’s been one of the best in Stockton, and if Gulutzan had to turn to either him or Bartkowski, I think I know who everyone would choose.

Jon Gillies – G, Stockton Heat

GPTOISV%SA
Current6363.870.924184
Change from last week2118.970.01256
Gillies picked up another shutout for Stockton this past week, blanking Edmonton’s farm team 3-0.

Mason McDonald – G, Kansas City Mavericks, ECHL

GPTOISV%SA
Current1450.920
Change from last week1450.920
McDonald filled in for Parsons after a hit to the head forced the latter out of game action. He saw 20 shots and stopped 18.

Tyler Parsons – G, Kansas City Mavericks

GPTOISV%SA
Current52600.888260
Change from last week280-0.001143
Parsons is still the starter however. He’s seen a fair amount of shots from a pretty leaky KC team, facing 45 against Fort Wayne (only allowing two goals: 0.956 SV%) and 16 in one period before being pulled for an injury.

David Rittich – G, Stockton Heat

GPTOISV%SA
Current31800.91687
Change from last week1600.00229
Rittich stepped in on the back-to-back game against Bakersfield, stopping 26 of 29 in a 5-3 win.

Nick Schneider – G, Calgary Hitmen, WHL

GPTOISV%SA
Current127050.899366
Change from last week159-0.00437
Schneider only played in one game this week, allowing six goals on 37 shots against Fischer’s Spokane.
