The Calgary Flames made two picks on the first day of the 2026 NHL Draft. They could make a whole lot more on the second day.
On Friday night, the Flames selected defenceman Carson Carels at sixth overall and centre Jack Hextall at 30th overall. They could make up to eight more picks on the second day of festivities in Buffalo.
The second day of the draft starts bright and early at 9 a.m. MT on Sportsnet.
