Noah Hanifin hits 100 career points (for real this time)

On the Calgary Flames’ first goal on Thursday night against the Winnipeg Jets, another one of their young players hit a milestone. Defenseman Noah Hanifin earned his 100th career point with an assist on Johnny Gaudreau’s goal.
Hanifin was acquired from the Carolina Hurricanes (along with Elias Lindholm) at the 2018 NHL Draft in a swap that sent Dougie Hamilton, Micheal Ferland and Adam Fox to North Carolina. Now a staple on the Flames’ second pairing alongside Travis Hamonic, Hanifin’s remained a productive offensive player while bringing his play away from the puck along.
Hanifin’s 100th point was his 17th point of the season – three goals and 14 assists. His 100 points are broken between 21 goals and 79 assists.
