<p>Oettinger, 23, went 3–4 with an astounding .954 save percentage for Dallas. It took the Flames 67 shots on goal to finally win Game 7 in overtime; Markstrom picked up the win in the deciding game after making 26 saves on 28 Dallas shots.</p>
<p>Markstrom also recorded an assist in Game 7, kickstarting the play that led to @Matthew Tkachuk&#8217;s game-tying goal midway through the second period. Johnny Gaudreau and Markstrom picked up the assists on Tkachuk&#8217;s first goal of the series.</p>

<p>While Markstrom made a key save to deny @Jacob Peterson on a breakaway late in the third period of Game 7, his finest save of the series came in the Flames&#8217; 4–2 loss to Dallas in Game 6.</p>
