If you mispronounce his last name, it rhymes.

In case you missed it:

Dillon Dube – F, Stockton Heat, AHL

Change from last week3224242+1.66
It might sound crazy, but I think Dube could potentially see some NHL playoff action. He’s been nuts so far for Stockton, and he could provide a boost in the bottom six in case of injury/underperformance.

Zach Fischer – RW, Rapid City Rush, ECHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date273586656.8
Change from last week
We finally received some clarification on Fischer’s status. He wasn’t injured, but was being held out for a loan to the non-affiliated Rapid City Rush. He wasn’t really in Kansas City’s plans, so this at least gives him some ice time somewhere. Not a great look for his future, however.

Spencer Foo – RW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date4913122515201120.33
Change from last week2000000-0.87
Not a great week for Foo. Couldn’t hit the scoresheet and then picked up an injury, which caused him to miss his first game of the season.

Glenn Gawdin – C/RW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date461015251020821.66
Change from last week3033110+1.27
A three-assist week for Gawdin, two of them coming on the powerplay.

Josh Healey – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date391897449.2
Change from last week3022111+1.45
A rare multi-point week for Healey.

D’Artagnan Joly – RW/C, Rimouski Oceanic

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date5317223925271817.14
Change from last week4112110-0.44
Goal and an assist for Joly this week.

Pavel Karnaukhov – LW/C, CSKA Moscow, KHL/Zvezda, VHL

Demetrious Koumontzis – LW, Arizona State University, NCAA (Independent)

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date32416201016818.50
Change from last week2246342+3.69
Koumontzis had an amazing week, picking up six points against a decent American International College squad. Koumontzis has had his freshman struggles throughout the year, but he’s been coming alive as of late, and his full potential was on show this weekend. For what it’s worth, he’s passed Mark Jankowski’s freshman totals already.

Linus Lindstrom – C/LW, BIK Karlskoga, Allsvenskan

No games this week for Lindstrom.

Ryan Lomberg – LW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date4079161213915.94
Change from last week3101010-0.22
Another shorty for Lomberg this week. He has a knack for those.

Mitchell Mattson – C/LW, Michigan State, NCAA (Big 10)

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date140000000

Didn’t play this week.

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date48581397410.79
Change from last week3011100+0.16
An assist from AOM this week. He’s been stepping up a bit more now these past few weeks.

Andrew Nielsen – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date300774329.3
Change from last week1000000-0.32
Played one game this week.

Mathias Emilio Pettersen – C/LW, Denver Pioneers, NCAA (NCHC)

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date27617231115730.66
Change from last week2011111-1.02
A primary assist on the overtime winner for Denver this week against Minnesota-Duluth.

Matthew Phillips – RW, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date4711172816211523.74
Change from last week3101111-0.71
A goal for Phillips this week. His been relatively quiet on the Heat this year, but has been getting consistent with his production. I wouldn’t stress over him, as his NHLe is about the same as Andrew Mangiapane’s in his rookie year, and Mangiapane was on a much better Stockton Heat team.

Brett Pollock – LW/C, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date40391288511.96
Change from last week3101111+0.11
Scored a goal, his first in a long time.

Martin Pospisil – C/LW, Sioux City Musketeers, USHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date3312314323331629.92

Nine more games until freedom.

Rushan Rafikov – D, Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, KHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date485914810619.23
Change from last week2000000-0.84
Two games this week for Rafikov, no points.

Milos Roman – C, Vancouver Giants, WHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date5022224419371221.78
Change from last week3224130+0.69
A nice week for Roman, who picked up a point in every game. His specialty is clearly the powerplay, where he picked up three of his four points this week.

Adam Ruzicka – C/LW, Sudbury Wolves, OHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date5324366033472829.98
Change from last week4437575+1.33
Ruzicka has just been unreal for Sudbury so far. He has already matched his 5v5 production from his time in Sarnia in half the time. There were doubts about whether he would get an ELC based on his slow start to the season, but he’ll definitely get one now.

Kerby Rychel – F, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date4819183722251530.72
Change from last week3011000-1.16
Another quiet week for Rychel. Probably hard to strike a case as a black ace given his recent production.

Filip Sveningsson – LW, IK Oskarshamn, Allsvenskan

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date37121022817729.06
Change from last week2101010-0.26
A powerplay goal this week for Sveningsson, who has been rather quiet on that front for a long time.

Eetu Tuulola – RW, HPK, SM-Liiga

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date5110233317201023.98
Change from last week2011111-0.24
An assist for Tuulola this week.

Rinat Valiev – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date372121477514.68
Change from last week3112222+1.79
Back in the AHL after a popcorn-eating stint in Calgary. It seems to have been very valuable, as Valiev had his most productive week as a member of the Heat.

Juuso Valimaki – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date915651126.57
Change from last week3011200-6.64
A quiet week for Valimaki.

Dmitri Zavgorodniy – C/LW, Rimouski Oceanic, QMJHL

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date5725325732402223.29

Still hovering at a point-per-game rate.

Jon Gillies – G, Stockton Heat

GPTOISV%
Up to date3217020.872
Change from last week2120+0.003
The best week he’s likely had this season. A low bar to clear given how it’s gone for him so far, but 27/29 (0.931) and 31/34 (0.912) are pretty decent outings.

Mason McDonald – G, Kansas City Mavericks

GPTOISV%
Up to date2112080.918

Another stellar week for the ECHL’s hottest goaltender. He posted an 18-save shutout, and 33/35 (0.943) and 35/39 (0.897) outings. He currently sits seventh in save percentage among ECHL goalies who have played at least 20 games.

Tyler Parsons – G, Stockton Heat

GPTOISV%
Up to date157830.891

Back in action this week after an unexplained absence last week. Stopped 25 of 27 (0.926) in his only start.

Nick Schneider – G, Stockton Heat

I think the Flames need to figure out what to do with Schneider. He’s had his injuries, but he’s been healthy recently and has been shuffled between Stockton and Kansas City without playing. We probably would like to see more of him.
