Famed for his high penalty numbers pre-draft, 2018 Flames pick Martin Pospisil has returned to be the leading scorer in the USHL, hitting just under two points per game. Not a bad transformation to make, especially when you’ve been written off as a coke machine since being drafted.

In case you missed it:

Yasin Ehliz – LW/RW

Up to date1142626221.74
Change from last week3022121+1.81
Gawdin has been one of the early season surprises, becoming one of the more reliable producers from the Stockton bottom six. He’s mostly a powerplay option thus far, but he’s been strong in that role and should eventually start seeing more production at other areas of the game.

Josh Healey – D, Stockton Heat

GPGAP5v5 PP15v5 P1NHLe
Up to date100111003.99
Change from last week3011100+3.99

Up to date188715911719.41

Still in the Baie-Comeau doghouse (two consecutive fourth line appearances this week) but hopefully he’s off the schneid soon.

Still playing bottom six minutes in the SHL, not really making a convincing argument to get back into the Skelleftea top six.

Pretty explosive week for Rafikov, picking up a goal and an assist (both at 5v5) in three games.

Not his best week, but still fine production from Big Z.

Jon Gillies – G, Stockton Heat

GPTOISV%
Up to date9494.270.854

Gillies seems to be plagued with the typical Flames problem of looking really solid and then coming undone and allowing three goals in the span of about two minutes. Happened to him twice this weekend.

Mason McDonald – G, Kansas City Mavericks

GPTOISV%
